Heated frost-proof ITO transparent conductive film

1. Introduction

The ITO transparent film is coated with a transparent conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) film on the surface of different substrates (glass/PET/PC, etc.) by electron beam evaporation.

We provide a heat-resistant frost-proof transparent conductive film with a square resistance of 50+-10 ohms (customized according to the power of the user equipment), and a transmittance of 450-650 nm >92%.

3. Application of ITO heating anti-frost transparent conductive film:

The main purpose of the ITO heating anti-frost transparent film is to prevent the window of the device from generating fog in a low temperature environment, resulting in unclear window vision.

ITO heating anti-frost transparent conductive film is widely used in military, communications, automotive electronics, medical equipment and other industries that require high transparency. Many electronic products, such as equipment windows, computer monitors, and instrumentation displays, often need to prevent the window from being blurred due to the low temperature and the fog. The best way is to use a heated anti-frost ITO transparent conductive film.

The heated anti-frost ITO transparent film produced by Jinjio Dream has long been used in the window of military instrumentation.

There is no systematic method for the design of antireflection coatings. Trial and error, assisted by approximate techniques (frequently one or other of the graphic methods mentioned in Chapter 2) backed up by accurate com- puter calculation, is frequently used. Very promising designs can be further improved by computer refinement. Several different approaches are used in this chapter, partly to illustrate their use and partly because they are comple- mentary. All the performance curves have been computed by application of the matrix method. In most cases, the materials are considered completely transparent.
The vast majority of antireflection coatings are required for matching an optical element into air. Air has an index of around 1.0003 at standard tem- perature and pressure, which, for practical purposes, can be considered as unity.
