Luso Electronics Distribution has signed a distribution agreement for the UK and Ireland with APW Electronics, a manufacturer of 19-inch racks and cabinets.
Located in Turin, APW’s factory covers an area of 7000 square meters and provides production facilities, commercial offices and warehousing.
“The APW 19-inch racks and cabinets are a highly complementary addition to our portfolio”, said David Zelkha, managing director of Luso Electronics.
“The APW products are highly respected in the electronics industry and we have high expectations for them, including the EMC/IP65-rated VERAK IP range for example, which is ideally suited for rail network applications,” said Zelkha.

This is the sixth distribution agreement for Luso Electronics Distribution since its establishment in May 2011 as a division of Luso Electronics.
Luso other distribution franchises include power supply lines SynQor and N2Power, and component suppliers Elec & Eltek, Veetronix and Andon.
